§ 5147.27. Inmates detailed to specified labor.
The department of rehabilitation and correction, in accordance with rules adopted pursuant to division (B) of
section 5145.03 of the Revised Code, may detail, temporarily, from a state correctional institution, with the consent of the managing officer of the institution, any inmates under its control, to perform specified labor.
