§ 5126.47. Joint county residential services consortium.
 

A county board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities that has adopted a resolution under section 5126.40 of the Revised Code may, pursuant to a resolution adopted by an affirmative vote of the majority of its members, establish, by agreement with one or more other county boards of mental retardation and developmental disabilities, a residential services consortium to jointly provide residential services and supported living. The agreement shall designate one board to assume the fiscal responsibilities for the consortium. The county auditor of the designated county shall establish a community mental retardation and developmental disabilities residential services fund for the consortium. Each board that is a member of the consortium shall cause to be deposited in the fund all moneys distributed to it by the department of mental retardation and developmental disabilities under section 5126.44 of the Revised Code and any other state or federal money received for community residential services the county board has agreed to contribute to the consortium.
