§ 5126.36. Authority to administer medications and perform health-related activities and tube feedings.
 

(A)  As used in this section, "health-related activities," "prescribed medication," and "tube feeding" have the same meanings as in section 5123.41 of the Revised Code. 

(B)  In accordance with sections 5123.42 and 5123.651 [5123.65.1] of the Revised Code, an employee of a county board of mental retardation or developmental disabilities or an entity under contract with the board who is not specifically authorized by other provisions of the Revised Code to administer prescribed medications, perform health-related activities, perform tube feedings, or provide assistance in the self-administration of prescribed medications may do so pursuant to the authority granted under those sections.
