§ 5126.09. Insurance against liability for board members and employees.
A county board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities may procure a policy or policies of insurance insuring board members or employees of the board or agencies with which the board contracts or volunteer bus rider assistants authorized by
section 5126.061 [5126.06.1]Å of the Revised Code against liability arising from the performance of their official duties.
