[§ 5126.02.6] § 5126.026. Copies of resolutions and orders to be provided to director.
A board of county commissioners shall provide the director of mental retardation and developmental disabilities with a copy of each resolution the board adopts under section 5126.021 [5126.02.1], 5126.022 [5126.02.2], or 5126.023 [5126.02.3] of the Revised Code. A senior probate judge shall provide the director with a copy of each order the judge issues under those sections.
