[§ 5126.02.22] § 5126.0222. Notice of grounds for removal.
  

If there are grounds for the mandatory removal of a member of a county board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities under section 5126.0219 [5126.02.19] of the Revised Code, the county board shall supply the board member and the member's appointing authority with written notice of the grounds.
