[§ 5126.02.14] § 5126.0214. Vacancies.
Within sixty days after a vacancy on a county board of mental retardation and developmental disabilities occurs, including a vacancy created under
section 5126.0219 [5126.02.19] of the Revised Code, the appointing authority shall fill the vacancy for the unexpired term. A member appointed to fill a vacancy occurring before the expiration of the term for which the member's predecessor was appointed shall hold office for the remainder of that term.
