[§ 5123.01.1] § 5123.011. Rules establishing certain definitions.
The director of mental retardation and developmental disabilities shall adopt rules in accordance with
Chapter 119. of the Revised Code that establish definitions of "substantial functional limitation," "developmental delay," "established risk," "biological risk," and "environmental risk."
