[§ 5120.17.2] § 5120.172. Medical treatment of minor prosecuted as adult.
A minor whose case is transferred for criminal prosecution pursuant to
section 2152.12 of the Revised Code, who is prosecuted as an adult and is convicted of or pleads guilty to one or more offenses in that case, and who is sentenced to a prison term or term of imprisonment in a state correctional institution for one or more of those offenses shall be considered emancipated for the purpose of consenting to medical treatment while confined in the state correctional institution.
