[§ 5111.94.1] § 5111.941. Medicaid revenue and collections fund.
 

The medicaid revenue and collections fund is hereby created in the state treasury. Except as otherwise provided by statute or as authorized by the controlling board, the non-federal share of all medicaid-related revenues, collections, and recoveries shall be credited to the fund. The department of job and family services shall use money credited to the fund to pay for medicaid services and contracts.
