[§ 5111.88.8] § 5111.888. Rules.
 

The director of job and family services, in consultation with the ICF/MR conversion advisory council, shall adopt rules under section 5111.85 of the Revised Code as necessary to implement the ICF/MR conversion pilot program, including rules establishing both of the following: 

(A) The type, amount, duration, and scope of home and community-based services provided under the program; 

(B) The amount the program pays for the home and community-based services or the method by which the amount is determined.
