[§ 5111.88.5] § 5111.885. Participant's right to state hearing.
The administrative agency shall inform each individual participating in the ICF/MR conversion pilot program of the individual's right to a state hearing under
section 5101.35 of the Revised Code regarding a decision or order the administrative agency makes concerning the individual's participation in the program.
