[§ 5111.88.14] § 5111.8814. License as residential facility or certification to provide supported living.
 

An intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded that converts in whole to providing home and community-based services under the ICF/MR conversion pilot program shall either be licensed as a residential facility under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code or certified to provide supported living under section 5126.431 [5126.43.1] of the Revised Code. If an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded converts in part to providing such home and community-based services, the distinct part of the facility that provides the home and community-based services shall either be licensed as a residential facility under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code or certified to provide supported living under section 5126.431 [5126.43.1] of the Revised Code. The facility or distinct part of the facility shall be licensed as a residential facility rather than certified to provide supported living if it meets the definition of "residential facility" in section 5123.19 of the Revised Code.
