[§ 5111.88.13] § 5111.8813. Partial conversion of facility.
The operator of an intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded that converts only in part from providing ICF/MR services to providing home and community-based services under the ICF/MR conversion pilot program shall place the beds that convert in a distinct part of the facility that houses the intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded.
