[§ 5111.67.7] § 5111.677. Determinations unaffected by licensing determinations by other departments.
 

Neither of the following shall affect the department of job and family services' determination of whether or when a change of operator occurs or the effective date of an entering operator's provider agreement under section 5111.671 [5111.67.1], section 5111.672 [5111.67.2], or, pursuant to section 5111.675 [5111.67.5], section 5111.22 of the Revised Code: 

(A) The department of health's determination that a change of operator has or has not occurred for purposes of licensure under Chapter 3721. of the Revised Code; 

(B) The department of mental retardation and developmental disabilities' determination that a change of operator has or has not occurred for purposes of licensure under section 5123.19 of the Revised Code.
