[§ 5111.67.4] § 5111.674. Exiting operator considered to be operator until effective date of new agreement.
 

In the case of a change of operator, the exiting operator shall be considered to be the operator of the nursing facility or intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded for purposes of the medicaid program, including medicaid payments, until the effective date of the entering operator's provider agreement if the provider agreement is entered into under section 5111.671 [5111.67.1] or 5111.672 [5111.67.2] of the Revised Code.
