§ 5111.50. Fine collected if termination order does not take effect.
At the time the department of job and family services or a contracting agency, under
section 5111.45,
5111.46, or
5111.51 of the Revised Code, issues an order terminating a nursing facility's participation in the medical assistance program, the department or agency may also impose a fine, in accordance with
sections 5111.46 to
5111.48 and
5111.56 of the Revised Code, to be collected in the event the termination order does not take effect. The department or agency shall not collect this fine if the termination order takes effect.
