§ 5111.34. Report on recommendations for transitioning provider payments from one fiscal year to next.
 

The director of job and family services shall prepare an annual report containing recommendations on the methodology that should be used to transition paying providers of nursing facilities the rate determined for nursing facilities for one fiscal year to the immediately succeeding fiscal year. The director shall submit a copy of the annual report to the governor, the president and minority leader of the senate, and the speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives not later than the first day of each October.

Effect of Amendments

H.B. 95, Acts 2003, effective September 26, 2003, substituted "eighteen" for "seventeen" in (A); redesignated former (A)(8) as (A)(9); inserted present (A)(8); in the second paragraph of (A)(9)(c), substituted "(9)" for "(8)", and "March 14, 2002" for "the effective date of this amendment,' inserted "Am.," "Initial appointment of the member described in division (A)(8) ... effective date of this amendment," and "and (9)"; inserted "council shall issue a report of its activities, ... July 30, 2004. Thereafter, the" in (B); and added (C).
