§ 5111.30. Termination of agreement for non-compliance with fire protection duties.
The department of job and family services shall terminate the provider agreement with a provider that does not comply with the requirements of
section 3721.071 [3721.07.1] of the Revised Code for the installation of fire extinguishing and fire alarm systems.

Effect of Amendments
151 v H 66, effective July 1, 2005, substituted "a provider" for "a nursing facility or intermediate care facility for the mentally retarded".
