[§ 5111.29.1] § 5111.291. Computation of rates according to reasonable cost principles.
 

Notwithstanding sections 5111.20 to 5111.33 of the Revised Code, the department of job and family services may compute the rate for intermediate care facilities for the mentally retarded operated by the department of mental retardation and developmental disabilities or the department of mental health according to the reasonable cost principles of Title XVIII.
