§ 5111.10. Reviews of medicaid program; corrective action plan; sanctions.
 

The director of job and family services may conduct reviews of the medicaid program. The reviews may include physical inspections of records and sites where medicaid-funded services are provided and interviews of providers and recipients of the services. If the director determines pursuant to a review that a person or government entity has violated a rule governing the medicaid program, the director may establish a corrective action plan for the violator and impose fiscal, administrative, or both types of sanctions on the violator in accordance with rules governing the medicaid program. Such action to be taken against a responsible entity, as defined in section 5101.24 of the Revised Code, shall be taken in accordance with that section.
