[§ 5111.09.1] § 5111.091. Quarterly reports on controlling cost increases.
Every three months, the director of job and family services shall submit a report to the president and minority leader of the senate and speaker and minority leader of the house of representatives on the establishment and implementation of programs designed to control the increase of the cost of the medicaid program.
