[§ 5111.07.1] § 5111.071. Dispensing fee for pharmacist-providers.
Commencing in December, 1986, and every second December thereafter, the director of job and family services shall establish a dispensing fee, effective the following January, for licensed pharmacists who are providers under this chapter. The dispensing fee shall take into consideration the results of the survey conducted under
section 5111.07 of the Revised Code.
