[§ 5111.06.2] § 5111.062. Final medicaid orders when hearing is not requested.
 

In any action taken by the department of job and family services under section 5111.06 or 5111.061 [5111.06.1] of the Revised Code or any other provision of this chapter that requires the department to give notice of an opportunity for a hearing in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, if the department gives notice of the opportunity for a hearing but the provider or other entity subject to the notice does not request a hearing or timely request a hearing in accordance with section 119.07 of the Revised Code, the department is not required to hold a hearing. The director of job and family service may proceed by issuing a final adjudication order in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
