[§ 5103.15.3] § 5103.153. Periodic review hearings of agreement.
 

(A) (1)  A juvenile court shall conduct a review hearing of an agreement the court approves under division (B)(1) of section 5103.15 of the Revised Code once every seven months after the agreement is entered into if a final decree or interlocutory order of adoption for the child who is the subject of the agreement has not been issued or become final and the agreement is still in effect. 

(2) A juvenile court shall conduct a review hearing of an agreement entered into under division (B)(2) of section 5103.15 of the Revised Code once every six months after the court is notified of the agreement if the agreement is still in effect and the court has not been notified that the child who is the subject of the agreement has been placed for adoption. The private child placing agency that entered into the agreement shall file a case plan, prepared pursuant to section 2151.412 [2151.41.2] of the Revised Code, with the court at the review hearing. 

(B)  A juvenile court shall give notice of a review hearing under division (A) of this section to each interested party. At the hearing, the court shall review the child's placement and custody arrangement. Based on the evidence presented at the hearing, the court may order that reasonable action be taken that the court determines is necessary and in the child's best interest or that an action that the court determines is not in the child's best interest be discontinued.
