[§ 5101.51.9] § 5101.519. Application for part II.
A completed application for medical assistance under
Chapter 5111. of the Revised Code shall be treated as an application for health assistance under the children's health insurance program part II if the application is for an assistance group that includes a child under nineteen years of age and is denied.
