§ 5101.22. Performance and administrative standards for county agencies.
 

The department of job and family services may establish performance and other administrative standards for the administration and outcomes of family services duties and determine at intervals the department decides the degree to which a county family services agency complies with a performance or other administrative standard. The department may use statistical sampling, performance audits, case reviews, or other methods it determines necessary and appropriate to determine compliance with performance and administrative standards.

The effective date is set by section 179 of H.B. 95 (150 v  - ). 

Not analogous to former RC § 5101.22 (134 v H 980; 137 v H 1; 139 v H 694; 140 v H 100, § 22; 140 v H 291, § 146; 141 v H 428), repealed 142 v H 231, § 2, eff 10-5-87. This section was also repealed in 141 v H 238, § 3, eff 9-1-87.

 

Effect of Amendments

H.B 95, Acts 2003, effective September 26, 2003, deleted "and workforce development activities" following "outcomes of family services duties" and "or workforce development activities" following "county family services agency" in the introductory paragraph; and deleted the former final paragraph.
