[§ 5101.13.3] § 5101.133. Unauthorized access, use, or disclosure of information prohibited.
No person shall access or use information contained in the information system established and maintained under
section 5101.13 of the Revised Code other than in accordance with
section 5101.132 [5101.13.2] of the Revised Code or rules authorized by that section.
No person shall disclose information obtained from the information system established and maintained under
section 5101.13 of the Revised Code in a manner not specified by rules authorized by
section 5101.134 [5101.13.4] of the Revised Code.
