§ 4931.21. Limitation on power of appropriation.
Sections 4931.02 to
4931.22 of the Revised Code do not authorize any telegraph company to appropriate the use of the track or rolling stock of a railroad company for transporting poles, materials, or the employees of such telegraph company, or for any other purpose.
