§ 4921.12. Adequate service to be maintained.
On a finding of the public utilities commission that any motor transportation company over an irregular route does not give adequate service, such company shall in like manner as provided in
section 4921.10 of the Revised Code, be given a reasonable time, not less than sixty days, in which to provide such service before any existing certificate is canceled.
