§ 4905.52. Refusal to answer questions in examination.
 

No officer, agent, or employee of a railroad company shall refuse to answer a question propounded to him by a public utilities commissioner in the course of an examination authorized by Chapters 4901., 4903., 4905., 4907., 4909., 4921., 4923., and 4925. of the Revised Code. The property of the railroad company of which such person is an officer, agent, or employee, is liable to be taken in execution to satisfy the fines and costs in case of a violation of this section.
