§ 4905.23. Inadequate service by telephone company.
 

On or after January 1, 1955, it shall be deemed prima facie evidence of inadequate service by any telephone company, within the meaning of section 4905.22 of the Revised Code, for more than ten persons, parties, or subscribers to be served on any one telephone line. This section does not apply to telephone companies serving less than five hundred telephones.
