§ 4755.50. Licensed health care professionals not restricted.
Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to prevent or restrict the practice of any person who is a licensed health care professional in this state while practicing within the scope of his license and according to the standards and ethics of his profession or of any person acting under the supervision of a licensed health care professional. Services rendered by a person acting under the supervision of a licensed health care professional shall not be designated physical therapy.
