§ 4738.06. Payment and crediting of fees.
All license fees required by
section 4738.05 of the Revised Code shall be paid to the registrar of motor vehicles, who shall pay the same into the state treasury to the credit of the state bureau of motor vehicles fund established in
section 4501.25 of the Revised Code.
