§ 4735.22. Prohibition on sale of cemetery lot or cemetery interment right.
 

(A)  No person shall sell or cause to be sold any cemetery lot or cemetery interment right without giving to the purchaser of the lot or right, at the time of sale, a written agreement which identifies and unconditionally guarantees to the purchaser the specific location of the lot or the specific location to which the right applies. 

(B)  No person who sells, or causes to be sold, any cemetery lot shall promise or guarantee, or authorize or permit any person to promise or guarantee, future profits from the resale or repurchase of such real estate.
