§ 4735.19. Record of proceedings; change of orders; appeal.
 

The Ohio real estate commission shall keep a record of its proceedings and, upon application of an interested party, or upon its own motion and notice to the interested parties, may reverse, vacate, or modify its own orders. An application to the commission to reverse, vacate, or modify an order shall be filed within fifteen days after the mailing of the notice of the order of the commission to the interested parties pursuant to section 119.09 of the Revised Code. 
 

Any applicant, licensee, or complainant, dissatisfied with an order of the commission may appeal in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code.
