[§ 4735.18.2] § 4735.182. Return of check or other draft instrument for insufficient funds.
 

If a check or other draft instrument used to pay any fee required under this chapter is returned to the superintendent for insufficient funds, the superintendent shall notify the licensee that the check or other draft instrument was returned for insufficient funds and that the licensee's license will be suspended unless the licensee, within fifteen days after the mailing of the notice, submits the fee and a one-hundred-dollar fee to the superintendent. If the licensee does not submit both fees within that time period, or if any check or other draft instrument used to pay either of those fees is returned to the superintendent for insufficient funds, the license shall be suspended immediately without a hearing and the licensee shall cease activity as a licensee under this chapter.
