§ 4734.53. Distribution of fines.
All fines collected for violation of
section 4734.14 or
4734.161 [4734.16.1] of the Revised Code shall be distributed as follows: one half to the state chiropractic board for deposit in accordance with
section 4734.54 of the Revised Code and one half to the treasury of the county or municipal corporation in which the offense was committed.
