§ 4728.08. Purchases from certain persons prohibited.
No person licensed under
Chapter 4728. of the Revised Code shall purchase any articles from any minor, or from any person intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance, from any person who is known or believed by the licensee to be a thief, or a receiver of stolen property.
