This section defined "advanced practice nurse" and "physician."
The provisions of § 5 of HB 241 (148 v - ) read as follows:
SECTION 5. The amendment of Section 3 of Am. Sub. H.B. 478 of the 119th General Assembly, as most recently amended by Am. Sub. S.B. 154 of the 121st General Assembly, concerning section 4723.51 of the Revised Code is intended to accelerate the repeal of that section in accordance with its outright repeal by this act. [This section was to be repealed 1-1-97, as provided in H.B. 478 (144 v - ). The date was amended to 1-1-2010 by S.B. 154 (146 v - ).]
