§ 4703.99. Penalty.
 

(A)  Whoever violates division (A) of section 4703.18 of the Revised Code is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree; for each subsequent offense such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. 

(B)  Whoever violates sections 4703.30 to 4703.49 of the Revised Code shall be fined not less than fifty nor more than two hundred dollars for the first offense; for each subsequent offense such person shall be fined not less than two hundred nor more than five hundred dollars.
