§ 4703.35. Registration of non-resident applicant.
 

The state board of landscape architect examiners shall register as a landscape architect any individual who is at least eighteen years of age and who provides evidence satisfactory to the board that he is a registered or licensed landscape architect in another state or country in which the qualifications, at the time of licensure, were substantially equal, in the opinion of the board, to the requirements for registration as a landscape architect in this state. The board may require that an applicant for registration under this section hold a current certificate in good standing issued by the council of landscape architectural registration board.
