§ 4585.10. Notice of sale by officer.
 

The officer holding a writ for the sale of a watercraft, its apparel, or furniture, before he proceeds to sell it, shall give public notice of the time and place of sale for at least ten days previous thereto, by advertisement in a newspaper published in the county, and by advertisement posted in at least five public places in the county. Such sales shall be conducted, and the court shall have the same power over them as sales upon execution.
