§ 4510.07. Violation of ordinance equivalent to vehicular homicide or manslaughter or solicitation offense.
The court imposing a sentence upon an offender for any violation of a municipal ordinance that is substantially equivalent to a violation of
section 2903.06 or
2907.24 of the Revised Code or for any violation of a municipal OVI ordinance also shall impose a suspension of the offender's driver's license, commercial driver's license, temporary instruction permit, probationary license, or nonresident operating privilege from the range specified in division (B) of
section 4510.02 of the Revised Code that is equivalent in length to the suspension required for a violation of section 2903.06 or 2907.24 or division (A) or (B) of
section 4511.19 of the Revised Code under similar circumstances.

Effect of Amendments
S.B. 123, Acts 2002, effective January 1, 2004, inserted "that is", "or 2907.24", "or for any violation of a municipal OVI ordinance", "from the range specified in division (B) of
section 4510.02 of the Revised Code" and "or 2907.24 or division (A) or (B) of section 4511.19".
