§ 4507.19. Grounds for cancellation of license or identification card.
 

The registrar of motor vehicles may cancel any driver's or commercial driver's license or identification card that was obtained fraudulently or unlawfully, was issued in error, or has been altered or willfully destroyed.

The effective date is set by section 4 of S.B. 123.

Effect of Amendments

150 v H 230, effective September 16, 2004, inserted "or commercial driver's", "or identification card", and fraudulently or". 

S.B. 123, Acts 2002, effective January 1, 2004, deleted "suspend or" preceding "cancel", "upon determination" following "license", and "such license" preceding "was obtained", and inserted "was" preceding "issued."
