2006 Ohio Revised Code - 4505.99. Penalties.

§ 4505.99. Penalties.
 

Whoever violates any provision of sections 4505.01 to 4505.21 of the Revised Code for which no penalty otherwise is provided in the section that contains the provision violated shall be fined not more than two hundred dollars, imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.

Effect of Amendments

S.B. 123, Acts 2002, effective January 1, 2004, deleted former (A), (B), and (D) through (F) and redesignated former (C) as the present provisions; inserted "any provision of" and "that contains the provision violated", and substituted "otherwise is provided in the" for "is otherwise provided in this."
