2006 Ohio Revised Code - 4303.08. B-3 permit.
Permit B-3 may be issued to a wholesale distributor of wine to bottle, distribute, or sell sacramental wine for religious rites upon an application signed, dated, and approved as required by
section 4301.23 of the Revised Code. The fee for this permit is one hundred twenty-four dollars.

Effect of Amendments
H.B. 95, Acts 2003, effective September 26, 2003, substituted "one hundred twenty-four" for "sixty two."
