§ 4301.77. Sharing of social security numbers with state or local agencies for certain purposes.
 

The division of liquor control may provide the social security number of an individual that the division possesses to the department of public safety, the department of taxation, the office of the attorney general, or any other state or local law enforcement agency if the department, office, or other state or local law enfocementÅ agency requests the social security number from the division to conduct an investigation, implement an enforcement action, or collect taxes.
