[§ 4301.40.2] § 4301.402. Sales at certain golf courses, hotels, motels and lodges not affected.
 

Sections 4301.32 to 4301.391 [4301.39.1], 4301.41, and 4305.14 of the Revised Code and the provisions for local option elections and the election on the question of the repeal of Section 9 of Article XV, Ohio Constitution, in section 4303.29 of the Revised Code do not affect or prohibit the sale of beer or intoxicating liquor at a golf course or at a hotel, motel, or lodge required to be licensed under section 3731.03 of the Revised Code that contains at least fifty rooms for registered transient guests if the golf course, hotel, motel, or lodge is owned by the state or a conservancy district, park district created under Chapter 1545. of the Revised Code, or other political subdivision of the state and the permit holder for the golf course, hotel, motel, or lodge operates under the authority of a liquor permit issued under Chapter 4303. of the Revised Code.
