§ 4301.05. Limitation on powers of commission.
Sections 4301.03,
4301.04, and
4301.041 [4301.04.1] of the Revised Code do not derogate from or prejudice any other power expressly or impliedly granted to the liquor control commission by
Chapters 4301. and 4303. of the Revised Code; but except as expressly provided in
sections 4301.03,
4301.04, and
4301.041 [4301.04.1] of the Revised Code, the commission shall not exercise executive or administrative duties or powers.
